The youngest grandmaster in Europe, supported by Volodymyr Avramenko, won the "gold" of the Sevilla Open chess tournament 2020

Volodymyr Avramenko, the founder of the AVK company, has been investing in the development of chess in Ukraine for many years. At the beginning of his career, the businessman supported the current world chess champion Ruslan Ponomariov, who the whole country is proud of, and keeps on introducing new names to the world.
Recently, the youngest grandmaster in Europe, inhabitant of Kyiv Kyrylo Shevchenko, supported by Volodymyr Avramenko, won the gold in the XLV Abierto Internacional Ciudad de Sevilla international chess tournament in Spain.
In order to raise the winning cup at the competition, the young athlete beat 300 chess players from all over the world, including two compatriots. Kyrylo scored eight and a half points out of nine possible.
"I played with the leading grandmasters of China, India, and Armenia in the tournament. No losses and one draw. This win gave me even more confidence and faith in myself!", - said the chess player, sharing his emotions after the gained victory.
