Volodymyr Avramenko: Business–education partnership is our investment in future

Volodymyr Avramenko, the founder of the AVK company, continues the experience of meetings with students of higher educational institutions of Ukraine.

On November 13, Volodymyr Fedorovych told senior courses students of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University about the AVK success story, the company management experience and volitional decisions that changed the history.

“Each of you is unique. First of all, you have to understand what you want, what you are strong at and who you really are. Here is what should be the right foundation for your future. Remember, if you decide to do something – devote yourself to it for 100%, only then the success will come and you’ll achieve the result. After all, find what drives you,” – emphasized the businessman, addressing the youth. Through the example of his own experience, Volodymyr Fedorovych told how important it is not to spread oneself too thin, but to focus on the main thing.

The meeting with the students has been carried out mainly in a dialogue form, young people had a unique opportunity to get answers to interesting questions from the owner of a big business. In particular, the audience was interested in changing the business model of the company, export directions, subtleties of conducting negotiations with investors, peculiarities of competition in the confectionery industry, etc.

Partnership with higher educational institutions is a responsible matter, because contributing to the development of education consciously, we invest in the future of the company. This is an important social business mission in the development of the country's economy in whole.
