Official statement on satisfaction of the claim of Prominvestbank PJSC

Taking into account the information wave of mass media reports regarding the satisfaction of Prominvestbank’s claim against AVK confectionery company PrJSC, Dnipro city, we consider it expedient to inform that the company works in regular mode. At the same time, the company is still in a negotiation process with Prominvestbank PJSC as for the restructuring debt service obligation.
